top1, we always prioritize product quality and customer satisfaction. Given that our product categories mainly include Bottoms, Dresses, Outerwear, and Tops, the following refund and exchange regulations applicable to our online store are hereby formulated.
Return Policy
- Return Period: You can apply for a return within 30 days from the date of purchase for products that meet the return conditions.
- General Return Conditions
- The product has not been washed and remains in the clean state as when purchased, ensuring that it has not been affected for resale due to washing.
- It has not been worn to a state of being damaged by use. There are no obvious signs of wearing, stains, damage, or deformation on the surface of the garment.
- The original product tag is still attached intact. The product information, price tag, and other details on the tag have not been damaged or removed, which is an important indication of the product’s integrity and newness.
- Special Return Conditions for Each Category
- Bottoms: For bottoms with special accessories (such as belts, decorative buttons, etc.), all accessories must be included when returning the product.
- Dresses: If the dress comes with accompanying items like shawls or belts, these items must be returned together to ensure the integrity of the product.
- Outerwear: For outerwear products such as down jackets and windbreakers, if there are detachable linings, hats, or other components, all components must be included when returning; and there should be no remaining items in the pockets.
- Tops: For tops with special decorations (such as brooches, rhinestones, etc.) or attachments (such as matching camisoles, etc.), the decorations should not be dropped and all attachments must be complete when returning.
Return Process
- Initiate Return Application: You can click the “Create Return” button in the specific area of our online store website to start the return process, and we will provide you with a free return label; alternatively, you can log in to the “My Account” or “Order Status” page on the website and initiate the return application according to the instructions.
- Packaging and Return Shipping: Carefully package the product in strict accordance with the packaging guidelines on the return label to ensure that it is not damaged during transportation; put the product together with all the original packaging materials, accessories, etc. into the package, attach the return label properly, and send it back through our designated logistics partner.
- Return Tracking: You can click the “Track Return” option in the return confirmation email or use the tracking number on the return label to keep track of the transportation status of the returned package at any time. Please note that we only accept return packages with the top1 return label attached.
- Processing Time: After the returned package arrives at our warehouse, it will usually be processed within 1 – 2 working days; during peak shopping seasons, such as major holiday promotions, the processing time may be appropriately extended, and we appreciate your understanding. The refund will be returned to your original payment account within 5 – 7 working days after the processing is completed. You will receive a corresponding email notification once the refund is successful. However, due to differences in the processing speeds of different financial institutions, the actual arrival time of the refund may vary.
Exchange Policy
Currently, our online store does not support direct exchange service. If you need to exchange a product, please return the product that meets the return conditions within 30 days from the date of purchase according to the above return process. After the return is successful, you can place a new order for the product you desire in our online store.
Order Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Period: Within 60 minutes after placing an order successfully, you can contact our customer service team by calling the top1 customer service hotline or sending an email to the customer service email address to apply for order cancellation. Our customer service staff will handle it promptly and assist you in completing the order cancellation process.
- Situations Where Cancellation Is Not Possible: Once the order has been shipped or is in transit, since the logistics process has been initiated, we cannot cancel the order for you. In this case, you can handle the return according to the above return policy after receiving the product.
Notes
- Return applications without authorization will not be accepted. Please make sure to initiate returns or exchanges following the formal process to protect your rights and interests.
- When returning a product, please include your purchase proof (such as a screenshot of the electronic order) so that we can verify the order information quickly and process your return application efficiently. If the order cannot be verified due to the lack of purchase proof, it may affect the progress of the return processing.
