Delivery Policy

  1. Delivery and Return Services: All orders enjoy free delivery and free return services, providing you with a convenient and worry-free shopping experience.
  2. Order Processing and Shipping Time: Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). Generally, it takes 1 to 2 days to process an order, and you can expect to receive the goods within 12 to 15 working days. However, for some rural areas and remote regions, the delivery time may be extended. We appreciate your patience.

Order Tracking

You can check the delivery progress of your order in real-time according to the tracking information provided with the order, and keep abreast of the transportation dynamics of the goods at any time.

Order Shipping Method

To deliver the goods to you as soon as possible, your order may be shipped in multiple installments. However, you will only receive one order confirmation email. Subsequently, you will receive two emails containing tracking information and shipping details respectively, which will facilitate you to keep informed of the order status in a timely manner.

Order Editing and Cancellation

  1. Cancellation Rules: During normal business hours, you can cancel your order within 30 minutes after it is submitted. If you need to cancel the order, please contact our online customer service in a timely manner, and our customer service staff will confirm the order cancellation for you.
  2. Customer Service Hours: Our customer service hours are from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm (Eastern United States time) on Mondays to Saturdays, and we are closed on Sundays. If you submit an inquiry outside of business hours, we will reply to you as soon as possible on a working day.

Return Details

  1. Exchange Service: Currently, we do not provide a direct exchange service. If you need to exchange goods, please contact our customer service. Our customer service staff will assist you in completing the return process, after which you can place a new order for the goods you desire.
  2. Return Tracking: You can check the relevant content of “Track Your Return” in the return confirmation email, or use the tracking number provided on the return label to track the transportation progress of the returned package and understand the status of the return processing
